Planet77 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

Interpretation & Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as stated:

• "Planet77" refers to the company, platform, website, and all services offered under the planet77 brand.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using the planet77 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by the user on the planet77 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total cash and bonus funds available in the user's account.
• "Wagering Requirement (WR)" refers to the total wagering amount that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer process — the identity verification procedure required by the planet77 platform.
• "Responsible Gambling" refers to the policies and tools provided by planet77 to help users manage their betting activity responsibly.

Member Eligibility

To register and use the planet77 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident residing in Malaysia.
• Not previously banned specifically from using the planet77 platform.
• Not registered as a guarantor, agent, or individual associated with the operations of planet77.
• Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Account Registration

By registering a planet77 account, you agree to:

• Providing personal information that is accurate, complete, and up to date including full name, phone number, and a valid email address.
• Registering one account only per individual. Registering multiple accounts under the same or different identities is strictly prohibited.
• Ensuring your account password is kept secure at all times and not shared with any other party.
• Notify planet77 immediately if there is any unauthorised use of your account.

Planet77 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close an existing account at any time, at our sole discretion and without providing any reason.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits into a planet77 account are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum Deposit: RM20 per transaction.
• Accepted Deposit Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, Maybank2u (FPX), CIMB Clicks (FPX), and other approved Malaysian local payment methods.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Planet77 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Successfully processed deposits are final and cannot be reversed once credited to your account.
• Planet77 is not responsible for any additional fees charged by third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your planet77 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• KYC Verification: Your first withdrawal requires successful identity verification. Accepted documents: Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other official identification documents.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by planet77.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days upon successful document verification.
• Bonus funds that have not met the WR cannot be withdrawn. Only cash funds (non-bonus) are eligible for withdrawal without WR conditions.

Planet77 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security or compliance review purposes without prior notice.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

All planet77 bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. General terms applicable to all bonuses are:

• Each bonus has Wagering Requirement (WR) that must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per individual, shared IP address, device, and payment method.
• All bonuses come with a validity period as stated in the respective bonus terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically voided.
• Planet77 reserves the right to void any bonus if there are signs of abuse or attempts to exploit the bonus system.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without first fulfilling the WR.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at planet77 is subject to the following rules:

• Accepted Bets: All bets confirmed by the planet77 system are final. Planet77 is not liable for any errors made by users when placing bets.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours from the scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live Betting: In live betting, odds may change at any time. Any bet that has already been confirmed will not be affected by odds changes after confirmation.
• Bet Limit: Planet77 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for any match or market at our sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a betting result, planet77's decision is final and binding.

Casino & Games

All casino games, slots, and poker on the planet77 platform are subject to:

• All slots, Live Casino, and poker games use Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited to ensure complete fairness and randomness.
• The return-to-player (RTP) rate varies by game and is subject to change in line with software updates from the game providers.
• Planet77 is not liable for any technical disruptions caused by third-party game providers. In the event of a disruption, unsettled winnings will be credited or voided in accordance with the provider's policy.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any unfair methods of play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your planet77 account login details secure. Planet77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if:

• You have voluntarily shared your password with another party.
• You failed to notify planet77 of the unauthorised use within a reasonable time.
• You have used an unsecured internet connection or a device infected with malware.

Planet77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security and changing your password regularly. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including planet77 staff.

Account Suspension & Termination

Planet77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms & conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or abusing the bonus system.
• The use of automated software or any unfair methods in gameplay.
• Failure to provide the required KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Upon request by the relevant legal authorities or regulatory body.

In the event of account closure at the user's request, any remaining cash balance (after deducting bonus balances) will be returned to the user through the standard process once all verifications are complete.

Responsible Gambling

• Is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Not liable for financial decisions made by users based on information available on the platform.

Planet77's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Planet77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms & conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the planet77 website.

• Material amendments will be communicated to members via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect.
• Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all eligible cash balances.
